“Hunt WITH your kids, not FOR them”
is a bumper sticker i just saw, riding home from the pool. at first, i was taken aback: it seems a given that people would not hunt their children. then i realized that it meant “hunt” as in “to look for when lost/ out past curfew.” i think it has something to do with how if you take your kids hunting, they will not stay out late without telling you where they are because you are a strong family, bound together through fun leisure activities.
